***PLEASE NOTE POWER SOCCER IS A NUT FREE ZONE***

Dear Parent,

Thank You for choosing Power Soccer for your child's summer camp! This is a confirmation that you have booked a place at the Power Soccer Summer Camp.

If this is not the camp that you selected, please reply to this email, we can change the camp location in a jiffy.

Camp Times

The Club Player Camp for 10yrs+ runs from 10.00 to 14.00

The Academy Camps for 6yrs+ runs from 10.00 to 14.00.

The Mini Camp for 5-6yrs runs from 10.00 to 12.00.

The Little Kickers Camp for 3-4yrs runs from 12.00 to 14.00.

All Little Kickers should pack a change of clothes!

There will be a Presentation of Certificates 10 minutes before close on the Final Day! Let us know if you will miss the Friday and we will have your certificate ready on Thursday. We do provide an early drop off service at 9.30am (Free of Charge). Our camp finishes on time; we would appreciate if you could pick up your child on time. Our coaches close the camp at 2pm and leave each location at 2.15pm. Some of coaches need their beauty naps in the afternoon (some more than others i.e. Gary)! Power Soccer is about learning new skills and having lots of fun. We hope that this camp will be one of the highlights of your child’s summer! We look forward to seeing you there. Each participant will receive a Power Soccer T-Shirt. Kits can be purchased for €25 at the camp. You can choose not to receive the Power Soccer T-Shirt and avail of a €5 Credit instead at the Club Shop.

What you need to bring to the summer camp?

T-shirt/jersey, shorts, shinguards, socks, boots, baseball cap, runners, a warm top, tracksuit, rain jacket and a towel (used to dry in inclement weather). Be sure to pack some warm clothes, it does get cold at the camp especially when you are out in the elements all day! From September in our indoor programme shinguards will be compulsory for all classes 5yrs+. We will have shinguards in stock if you need to buy them on the first day of camp at the Power Soccer Club Shop.

Medication if needed, please talk to your child’s coach and the camp supervisor. Please apply sun cream in the morning before you attend the Power Soccer Summer Camp. For the older groups, each child should bring their own sun cream for reapplication. Packed lunch (fruit drinks-water, fruit, pasta, rice, cold meats, sandwich, avoid chocolate, crisps and products with nuts). Please do not bring fizzy/energy drinks to the camp. The energy drinks are generally not good for your child and are completely overpriced. Have a treat on the way home instead of packing too many snacks.

Directions

From the Quencentenial Bridge. Take the Western Distributor Rodd from the Bishop O Donnell Road. At the Cappagh Road Roundabout turn left and then right into Cappagh Park.
